Terms and Conditions for SMS and Email Communications
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE REGISTERING.
By registering for a webinar hosted by Stephanie Lehde, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements below and agree to the terms outlined regarding SMS and email communications.
1. Eligibility Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a webinar and to receive SMS or email communications from Stephanie Lehde.
By submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to consent to receive communications under these Terms and Conditions.
2. Business Identity and Program Description
Stephanie Lehde is the sender of all SMS and email communications under this program. Messages sent by Stephanie Lehde are intended to provide information related to webinar registrations, confirmations, reminders, access instructions, and relevant service related follow up communications associated with the webinar you registered for.
3. Consent to Receive Communications
By voluntarily providing your mobile phone number and email address and selecting the applicable opt-in checkbox during registration, you consent to receive SMS and email communications from Stephanie Lehde related to your webinar registration and participation.
These communications are limited to service-related and informational messages, including:
Registration and enrollment confirmations
Upcoming webinar reminders
Schedule changes, cancellations, or technical updates
Post-event follow-up information related to the webinar
Messages are sent only to users who have provided explicit consent and are directly related to the webinar for which the user registered.
Marketing or promotional messages are sent only to users who have provided separate, optional consent.
Consent to receive SMS or email communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
SMS messages may be sent using automated technology. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and service plan. The information collected may include your first name, last name, phone number and email. Your personal information will NOT be shared with any third parties/affilicates for marketing /promotionalpurposes
4. Opt Out and Support Instructions
You may cancel the SMS messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us.
After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you a confirmation SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Stephanie Lehde unless you re opt in through the original registration process.

6. Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers and mobile network operators are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, misdirected, or blocked messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability, device compatibility, and carrier policies.
Carriers are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from message transmission failures, delays, or interruptions.
7. Data Collection and Use
By providing your contact information, you acknowledge that Stephanie Lehde may collect and use your personal information, including first name, last name (if provided), phone number, and email address, solely for purposes related to webinar communications and service related updates.
Your information will not be sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes. Data may be shared only with subcontractors providing essential support services, such as SMS delivery platforms or email service providers, strictly to enable communication delivery and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. 9. User Responsibilities
You represent and warrant that the phone number and email address you provide belong to you, are accurate, and that you are authorized to receive communications at that contact information.
If your contact information changes, you agree to update it to ensure proper communication.

No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS consent data, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
We strictly protect the privacy and security of all mobile-related information provided by users.
Under no circumstances will any mobile information-including, but not limited to, mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, consent records, message history, campaign participation data, or any other information associated with mobile communications-be shared, sold, rented, transferred, disclosed, licensed, traded, distributed, or otherwise made available to any third party, affiliate, partner, reseller, advertiser, data broker, marketing agency, or external organization for marketing, advertising, promotional, solicitation, or commercial purposes.
This prohibition applies universally and without exception.
We do not permit any third party, affiliate, contractor, service provider, or partner to access, use, process, store, analyze, or monetize mobile information for marketing or promotional activities on our behalf or for their own benefit.
11. SMS Opt-in Details
Users may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS messages through our registration forms. SMS consent is never required to register, access services, or participate in any webinar.
All SMS opt-in checkboxes are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Messages are sent only to users who provide clear, affirmative consent.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes arising from these communications will be handled in accordance with those laws.
